● Various machining needs, importance of material selection / tool selection

In our company, we handle SUS316, 304, 303, 430 , hard-to-cut materials such as titanium and nickel alloys, polyimide (PI), PBI, PEEK, POM and other resin materials, machinable ceramics, etc. The While exchanging information with each tool manufacturer, we search for compatibility with the work material, pursue the optimum machining conditions, and always keep the best.

● Inspection system

The equipment has been updated to enable observation and verification of finer shapes and conditions, including the introduction of scanning electron microscopes (SEM), ultra-precision measurement microscopes, image measuring instruments, and digital microscopes.

● Future development

We think that there is one advantage in being able to perform small-diameter hole machining and fine machining on large workpieces . In addition, we believe that evolving processing technology and know-how will constantly raise the limits of cutting, so that we can meet the needs of many customers.

History

1953 Established as a Takahashi Plant in November 1964 by private management.
  Dedicated to processing instrument parts such as taxi meters.
1956 Reorganized as Shinei Seisakusho Co., Ltd. in December 1956.
1959 Specialized in precision small parts processing such as flow meter parts in August 1959.
